Domed but lacking a spout, composed of small twigs, placed in a small shrub.

3; matt, pale pink, covered with purple-grey markings, especially at the larger end; oblong-oval; about 17 x 13 mm.
Young
Altricial, nidicolous. Fed by both parents.
Subspecies
No subspecies.
Similar Species
Banded Whiteface (Aphelocephala nigricincta) which has a black band across the breast, a richer, sandy rump, and Southern Whiteface (Aphelocephala leucopsis) which lacks a breast band and is greyer brown above and has pale grey underparts.
