Habitat
Hot desert. From sea-level - 3,000 m.
Canada, Mexico, USA (B).
Breeds from south-western USA (southern California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and Texas) south to western and central Mexico (to southern Baja California, Michoacán and Oaxaca). Non-breeding range mostly in Mexico.
