Habitat
Broadleaved evergreen forest, logged forest and secondary growth, heavily degraded forest and overgrown clearings. From sea-level - 500 m, occasionally up to 1,000 m.
Luzon (Northern Sierra Madre Mts and Bataan Peninsula), in northern Philippine Is.
