Subspecies
No subspecies.

Rufous-backed Thrush (Turdus rufopalliatus) and Grayson's Thrush (Turdus graysoni) (Sibley and Monroe 1990, 1993) have been lumped into Turdus rufopalliatus following AOU (1998).

Considered by some authors to be a subspecies of Rufous-backed Thrush (Turdus rufopalliatus).
