Subspecies
No subspecies.

Genus has sometimes been subsumed in Cissa, but three members of latter seem to form a distinctive group. Forms a superspecies with Yellow-billed Blue Magpie (Urocissa flavirostris) and Red-billed Blue Magpie (Urocissa erythroryncha).
