Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist lowland forest. From 400 - 1,200 m.
Bolivia (B), Peru (B).
Locally at base of eastern slope of Andes in central and eastern Peru (Junín, Huánuco, Pasco, Ayacucho, eastern Puno) and northern Bolivia (La Paz, Cochabamba, western Santa Cruz).
