Habitat
Subtropical and tropical high altitude grassland, heavily degraded former forest. From 1,000 - 1,300 m.
Colombia (B), Ecuador (B) (NB), Peru (B).
South-western Colombia in upper Cauca Valley, departments of Valle and Cauca. Also recently recorded in north-central Colombia, north-eastern Ecuador and north-western Peru.
