panamensis Hellmayr, 1929 - Lowlands of central and eastern Panama and north-western Colombia (northern Chocó, western Córdoba). Considered by some authors to be a subspecies of Brown-winged Mourner (Schiffornis turdina).
stenorhyncha (Sclater & Salvin, 1869) - Northern and north-eastern Colombia and northern Venezuela (Zulia east to Aragua). Considered by some authors to be a subspecies of Brown-winged Mourner (Schiffornis turdina).
