New Britain Pitta (Erythropitta gazellae)

Southern Bismarck Archipelago (Umboi, New Britain, Tolokiwa, Lolobau, Watom and Duke of York). Considered by some authors to be a subspecies of New Ireland Pitta (Erythropitta novaehibernicae). Considered by some authors to be a subspecies of Red-bellied Pitta (Erythropitta erythrogaster).
