Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist montane forest. From 2,000 - 3,400 m, occasionally up to 3,500 m.
Ecuador (B), Peru.
Eastern slope of Andes south of Marañón Valley (from Amazonas to Ayacucho) and Cordillera Vilcabamba (in Cuzco), in Peru.
