Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist montane forest. From 900 - 2,200 m, occasionally down to 300 m.
Colombia, Ecuador.
Western Andes of Colombia (Pacific slope from headwaters of R San Juan, in Risaralda) south to western Ecuador (El Oro and western Loja).
