Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist shrubland.
China (mainland) (B), Hong Kong (China) (NB), Japan, Taiwan (China), Vietnam (NB).
Vagrant to Philippines (NB), South Korea.
South-eastern China from southern Sichuan east, south of R Yangtze, to Shanghai, south to Hainan I and Guangdong.
