Habitat
Subtropical and tropical lowland moist forest. From sea-level - 500 m.

Range (Guide)
Indonesia (B) (NB), Papua New Guinea (B) (NB).

Discontinuously in western and south-central New Guinea.

Currently this species is not classified as a rarity in this country OR information has not been updated.

Population
Estimated population is unknown (2010) and decreasing.

Status NT
Habitat destruction through logging and hunting are the main threats.
