Subspecies
The following 3 subspecies are recognised:
- helenae (Steere, 1890) - Luzon, Polillo, Catanduanes and Samar.
- personata (McGregor, 1907) - Camiguin Norte (off northern Luzon), in northern Philippines.
- agusanae Rand, 1970 - Dinagat, Siargao and eastern Mindanao (Agusan), in east-central and south-eastern Philippines.
