Habitat
Subtropical and tropical lowland moist forest. From 250 - 1,250 m, occasionally to 1,800 m.
Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru.
Eastern base of Andes from southern Colombia (southern from western Meta) south to western Bolivia (La Paz, Cochabamba).
