Habitat
Lowland forest and forest edges to at least 400 m, possibly 1,000 m.

Range (Guide)
Papua New Guinea (B) (NB), Solomon Islands (B) (NB).

Bougainville, Choiseul and Santa Isabel, in northern and central Solomon Is.

Estimated population is 250 - 999 (2010) and decreasing.
