Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry shrubland, hot desert. From sea-level - 1,980 m.
Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan.
Vagrant to Somalia.
North-western Somalia, Djibouti, central and southern Ethiopia, south-eastern Sudan and north-west, northern and central Kenya.
