Habitat
Subtropical and tropical montane moist forest. From 2,400 - 3,300 m, occasionally to 2,000 m.
Bolivia (B), Peru (B).
Andes in south-eastern Peru (Puno) and western and central Bolivia (La Paz to Cochabamba).
