Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry forest. From sea-level - 650 m.
Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela.
Locally in southern Venezuela (Amazonas, northern Bolívar, southern Monagas), the Guianas, Amazonian and eastern Brazil (east to southern Piauí and western Bahia, south to southern Mato Grosso and southern Goiás), south-eastern Colombia, eastern Ecuador, eastern Peru and north-eastern Bolivia (south to north-western La Paz, western Beni).
