American Samoa (B), Fiji (B), Niue (B), Samoa (B), Tonga (B), Wallis and Futuna Islands (B).

Lau Archipelago (eastern Fiji), Futuna and Wallis Is to Samoa and Tonga and on to Niue.

Estimated population is unknown (2010).
