N, north-eastern and west-central Venezuela south through eastern Colombia (east of Andes) and an isolated spot in Cauca Valley; also north-eastern Guyana and extreme northern Brazil (Roraima); and Amazonia from eastern Ecuador, north-eastern Peru (south to Ucayali) and extreme south-eastern Colombia (Leticia, in extreme south-eastern Amazonas) eastern along R Amazon (south to lower R Tapajós and lower R Tocantins) to Amapá, Marajó I and Mexiana I (Brazil), and French Guiana.
