Habitat
Subtropical and tropical montane moist forest. From 1,500 - 3,000 m.
Afghanistan (B) (NB), India, Nepal, Pakistan.
Eastern Afghanistan (mountains near Kabul and Paktia) and western Himalayas across northern Pakistan (south to Safed Koh range) and Kashmir (absent from the Vale) east to Nepal (east to vicinity of Kathmandu).
