Habitat
Lowland and hill forest with tangled undergrowth, mature secondary growth, selectively logged and degraded forest, bamboo areas.

Range (Guide)

Philippines (B).

Luzon, Polillo and Catanduanes (northern Philippines).

Population
Estimated population is unknown (2010) and decreasing.

Status NT
Destruction of forest through logging, mining operations and agricultural expansion for plantation agriculture and small-holder farming is the main threat.
