White-browed Tit-Spinetail © oiseaux.net

Forms a superspecies with Rusty-crowned Tit-Spinetail (Leptasthenura pileata), and considered conspecific by some authors. Together, the two presumably most closely related to Streaked Tit-Spinetail (Leptasthenura striata).
