Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry shrubland and forest. From sea-level - 1,300 m.

Range (Guide)
Ecuador, Peru.

Extreme south-western Ecuador (Loja) and extreme north-western Peru (Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque).
 
Population
Estimated population is unknown (2010).
