Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist montane forest, subtropical and tropical high altitude shrubland. From 1,850 - 3,600 m.

Range (Guide)

Bhutan, China (mainland), India, Myanmar, Nepal.

Central and eastern Nepal eastern in Himalayas to north-eastern India (to eastern Arunachal Pradesh north of R Lohit), eastern part of northern Myanmar, and southern China (south-eastern Xizang, north-western Yunnan and central and south-western Sichuan).

Estimated population is unknown (2010).
