Open grassland and the other fairly open, rocky country with scattered and sparse bush and limited grass cover. Avoids open spaces.

Estimated population is 50 - 249 (2010) and decreasing.

Status CR
Grassland habitat destruction through cultivation, human settlement are the main threats.

Similar Species
