Cambodia, China (mainland), Laos (B), Thailand (B), Vietnam.

Extreme southern Myanmar (southern Tenasserim) and adjacent south-western Thailand; central Laos and Vietnam (Tonkin, northern and central Annam and northern Cochinchina); and Hainan I (southern China).
