Semi-deciduous forest and deciduous forest away from scrubby areas, scrubby woodland and thick undergrowth bordering fields.

Mexico (B).

Cozumel I, off north-eastern Yucat�n Peninsula (Mexico).

Population
Estimated population is <50 (2010) and decreasing.

Status CR
Predation by introduced boa constrictors and cats may be the main threats.
