Understorey of lowland evergreen forest, gardens and groves. From sea-level - 400 m.

Indonesia (B).

Damar I, in eastern Lesser Sundas.

Population
Estimated population is 20,000 - 49,999 (2010) and decreasing.

Status NT
Habitat destruction and degradation through small-scale logging and clearance for subsistence agriculture occurs at low-levels, predation by rats, are the main threats.
