Habitat
Subtropical and tropical lowland moist forest. From sea-level - 900 m, occasionally to 1,000 m.
Cambodia, Laos (B), Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam.
South-western, southern and eastern Myanmar, including Tenasserim, much of Thailand (except central), and Indochina except Tonkin.
