Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist lowland and montane forest. From 575 - 2,700 m.
Bolivia (B), Colombia (B), Ecuador (B), Peru (B), Venezuela (B).
Sierra de Perijį (on Colombia-Venezuela border), and locally in Andes from Venezuela (Lara, south-eastern Tachirį) and northern Colombia south to north-western Bolivia (La Paz, western Beni); also coastal ranges of Ecuador, in western Esmeraldas and Guayas (Loma Alta), in western Ecuador; also, locally, east of Andes in Colombia (Sierra de Macarena) and Peru (Cordillera Azul).
