Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist montane forest. From 1,700 - 3,600 m.

Range (Guide)

Bhutan, China (mainland), India, Laos (B), Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam.

North-eastern Pakistan (Murree Hills) eastern in Himalayas to north-eastern India (eastern and southern Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and eastern and southern Assam and Nagaland), southern China (south-eastern Xizang, western Sichuan and north-western and western Yunnan), west, northern and north-eastern Myanmar, north-western Thailand, northern Laos and north-western Vietnam (western Tonkin).
