Subspecies
The following 2 subspecies are recognised:

hopkinsoni Godwin-Austen, 1874 - North-eastern India (Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) south to eastern Bangladesh and east to northern Burma.
fytchii Anderson, 1871 - South-central China (Sichuan and Yunnan) south to east-central Burma, north-western Thailand and northern Vietnam.
