Angola, Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo [The Democratic Republic of the], Congo [The Democratic Republic of the], C�te dIvoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Tanzania [United Republic of], Uganda.

Equatorial Africa from Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Liberia and Ivory Coast east to Nigeria, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Bioko (Fernando Po), Gabon, northern Angola, Congo, Zaire, southern Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, north-western Tanzania and western Kenya.
