Subspecies
No subspecies.

Genus often subsumed in Nectarinia. Genus names Leptocoma and Chalcostetha described simultaneously, and former has been selected by First Reviser as having precedence. Probably closest to Purple-rumped Sunbird (Leptocoma zeylonica).
