Habitat
Subtropical and tropical Swamp forest. From sea-level - 500 m.
Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela.
Entire Amazon-Orinoco Basin, including eastern Colombia, west, southern and eastern Venezuela (north to south-eastern Sucre), the Guianas, eastern Ecuador, eastern Peru, northern Bolivia and Amazonian Brazil.
