Habitat
Subtropical and tropical lowland moist forest. From sea-level - 1,500 m.
Bangladesh (B), Bhutan (B), Cambodia (B), China (mainland) (B), India (B), Laos (B), Myanmar (B), Nepal (B), Sri Lanka (B), Thailand (B), Vietnam (B).
Northern and peninsular India and lower foothills of Himalayas in southern Nepal east to Myanmar and southern China (western Yunnan), and south to Sri Lanka, south-western Thailand; also Cambodia, southern Laos and Cochinchina.
