Colombia (B), Ecuador (B), Peru (B), Venezuela (B).
Western Venezuela and northern Colombia south to south-central Peru.

Estimated population is 10,000 (2010) and decreasing.
Status NT
Deforestation through clearance for agriculture, hunting are the main threats.
