Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry forest. From sea-level - 900 m.

Range (Guide)
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay (B).

Northern and eastern Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and northern Argentina; also locally in central and southern Brazil (Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Bahia).
