Subspecies
Genus often merged into Collocalia. Forms superspecies with Mascarene Swiftlet (Aerodramus francicus), and sometimes considered conspecific.

No subspecies.

Similar Species
Vagrant Little Swift (Apus affinis) which is black with a white rump.
