Who is Data InterActive Pty Ltd (DIA)?
Data InterActive Pty Ltd (ABN 53 070 505 190) is a small software development company based in Adelaide, South Australia. We develop custom applications that involve maintaining, viewing, accessing etc databases, whether they be desktop or Internet related.
We commenced operation on March 31, 2000.

Cookies

Web Site Maintenance
Periodically we need to do maintenance on the Websites - for updating and making repairs. Please be patient if you see the "Site is undergoing maintenance" page. We tend to do this at god-awful hours (for us anyway) so you probably won't come across it too often.
Why does this site exist?
For a couple of reasons. Firstly, it is essentially a showcase site to demonstrate our skills. Secondly, one of us (Martyn) is a birder. He has seen many wonderful sites about birds throughout the world but was frustrated by not being able to search for a bird if you know a little about its appearance but do not know what it is. Being database programmers/developers he thought why not build our own. So here it is - warts and all. Please enjoy.
