Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry forest and shrubland, subtropical and tropical moist lowland forest, pastureland. From sea-level - 1,300 m.
Colombia, Ecuador, Peru.
Colombia on both slopes of western Andes (in Valle, probably also Cauca), and western Ecuador south to extreme north-western Peru (Tumbes).
