Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist montane forest. From 2,150 - 3,350 m, occasionally down to 1,500 m.
Costa Rica, Panama.
Mountains of Costa Rica (Cordillera Central) south to extreme western Panama (western Bocas del Toro and western Chiriquí).
