Habitat
Lower growth and borders of frequently flooded várzea forest, primarily in thickets along small streams. From 200 - 250 m.
Ecuador (B).
North-eastern Ecuador locally along R Napo and its tributaries (in eastern Napo and eastern Sucumbios).
