Habitat
Subtropical and tropical dry forest, dry savanna. From sea-level - 1,100 m.
Brazil.
North-eastern Brazil in central Ceará, south-eastern Piauí, western Pernambuco, Bahia (except coast) and northern Minas Gerais (south to upper Sío Francisco Valley).
