Habitat
Subtropical and tropical moist lowland and montane forest, subtropical and tropical moist shrubland. From 300 - 1,100 m, occasionally up to 1,800 m.
Ecuador, Peru.
Base of eastern Andes in eastern Ecuador (Sucumbíos south to Zamora-Chinchipe) and north-eastern Peru (San Martín).
